Non-destructive digging as damage prevention
The core of our safety case is physics, not paperwork: water breaks soil, vacuum removes it, and nothing mechanical touches the utility. Near gas transmission, fiber trunks, or anything you can't afford to hit, hydro excavation is the damage-prevention method, which is why utility owners increasingly require it within the tolerance zone.
Operator training & certification
Every operator is trained on the equipment, the excavation standards, and the utility-specific requirements of the clients we serve. Certifications are kept current and documentation is available for vendor qualification.
811 / call-before-you-dig, every time
No dig starts without a valid USA North 811 ticket, marks verified on the ground, and the tolerance zone respected. If marks and reality disagree, we daylight first and dig second: that's the whole point of the service.
PPE & site protocol
Full PPE is standard: hard hat, hi-vis, eye and hearing protection, gloves, and boots, plus site-specific requirements when working inside plants or public rights-of-way. Crews arrive briefed on the site's hazards, not learning them on arrival.
